Administrative Coordinator for HS2 Project

Overview:
The CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join their busy project office. The ideal candidate will have strong administration, IT, and coordination skills, with experience in supporting Engineers and Environmental Managers.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to work 50% of the time in Birmingham Snowhill office and Coleshill site office, with the remainder working from home. The role involves co-ordinating Engineers and Environmental Managers working on the largest single contract on HS2.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and coordinating Engineers and Environmental Managers.
- Organising regular team meetings.
- Managing SharePoint.
- Supporting VAP activities.
- Document control.
- Updating team organisation charts.
- Representing the team on technical assurance reviews.
- Tracking close out of contractual communications.
Requirements:
We are looking for an independent individual with strong communication skills and ability to build relationships within the team and wider shared services. The successful candidate will also be able to quickly pick up new IT systems and support others in their use.
