Job Title: Senior Adult Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Adult Support Worker to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Senior Adult Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents with learning disabilities, autism, and other care needs.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and lead a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
  • Support and supervise residents in implementing their individual programs of life skills, key skills, and independence skills.
  • Administer medication in accordance with company and regulatory body policies and procedures.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the care team to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Operate at all times in accordance with company policies and procedures, with particular reference to safeguarding, child protection, whistleblowing, complaints, and representations, and behavior policies.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £30,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A £1500 welcome bonus, split between £750 after 1 month of service and a further £750 after 6 months.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care (Adults).
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
