Senior Adult Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Adult Support Worker to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Senior Adult Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care and support is provided to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence, life skills, and leisure activities.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and resident well-being.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture that promotes resident-centered care and staff development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient approach to working with residents with complex needs.

  • Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
