About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with autism and complex needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Assist the Registered Manager in the absence of the manager, taking charge of the home and ensuring continuity of care.
  • Support residents in implementing individualized programs of life skills, key skills, and independence skills, promoting their autonomy and self-esteem.
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the care team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: A minimum of Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Adults)
  • Mandatory: A Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
