Job Summary

Discovery is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Chard. As a Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular "keeping safe checks" to ensure the individuals we support are safe and comfortable.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Keep accurate records using IT systems, including support plans, incident logs, and health and safety records.
  • Create a calm and therapeutic environment for the individuals we support.
  • Support individuals to make the most of their late evenings/nighttime.
  • Provide personal care when required.

Shift Pattern

10pm - 7am
