Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Velocity Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all site activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site activities and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the required standard.
- Monitor and inspect the quality of work to ensure high standards of work and health, safety, and quality are achieved.
- Identify potential issues that may affect project delivery and take necessary action to mitigate risks.
- Manage the performance of direct reports and sub-contract labor, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently.
- Responsible for the safety of the public when working in a live environment.
- Coordinate the activities of different sub-contractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and oversee performance to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the required standard.

- SMSTS
- First Aid
