We pride ourselves on maintaining an immaculate and safe campus, and we are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance of the school property, ensuring all areas are safe and well-maintained.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections of the school premises to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with school management, staff, and external contractors to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a school or similar environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
- Ability to provide valid reference details upon request.
