Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

At Frasers Group, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including managing stock levels, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Commercial Awareness: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, working closely with the Store Manager to implement effective strategies.
  • Development and Training: Assist in identifying and developing talent within the team, providing training and coaching to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and store operations.
