About the OpportunityIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic guidance and support to care teams
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conducting needs assessments and creating personalized care plans
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care services
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Manager or similar, a strong focus on client satisfaction, and excellent communication skills. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it is also desirable.
