Amersham, United Kingdom Eden Care Full time

**What is a Homecare Professional?**:
Becoming a Homecare professional brings variety to your working day. You could be providing support to a client in a companionship call, which means you will be supporting them in doing something that they love to do. You could be providing essential personal care, assisting with medications, meal preparation or helping them to get around their home using specialist equipment. In doing so, you will be ensuring that your client is living a full and healthy life in the comfort of their own home.

**Working for Eden Care at Home**:
Our staff are the most important asset in our company and we are committed to equipping them with expert training to enable them to provide quality care and support to all our clients.

Our future plan is to invest heavily in training of our care staff and will be seeking accreditation of our in-house courses. In achieving this, we have recently added to our team, a Registered Nurse Trainer, who will be providing expert training for our care staff.

In the future we are aiming to seek accreditation for our in-house training and to create our own training academy.

Our Head of Learning and Development, Dr Audrey Callum, is a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner and Nursing academic who has nearly 20 years’ experience and has taught in universities locally, nationally and internationally. She will be bringing her years of expertise in nursing and education to our company.

Eden Care at Home Limited has Centre Recognition from AIM Qualifications Group, a national and international Awarding Organisation. As an **approved centre**, we deliver awarding qualifications through our training academy (Eden Care Academy). We offer our employees the AIM Qualification Suite of Skills for Working in Health, Lifestyle and Science Industries (AIMVOCs) Qualifications, providing opportunities for our employees to develop their skills and knowledge, progress in their role and offer quality care to our clients.

We hold the **AIM INVESTING IN YOUR FUTURE (IF) award from AIM. IF **is a mark that gives recognition that we are an excellence focused organisation with a proven record of high standards and continually driving for internal excellence in course design and quality assurance. IF is designed to give formal recognition to our organisations’ bespoke education and training provision. As a recognised centre, our education courses and programmes are validated with AIM’s Excellence Mark, further enhancing the quality of care offered to our clients.
