Business Operations Specialist

A key role has become available for a motivated Contracts / Operations Manager to join an established client within the plumbing, heating, renewable energy and M&E industry on a full-time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting competitive tenders and proposals for residential homeowners, new build, design & build and development contracts in the plumbing and heating sector. They will also negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clear and favourable.
Key responsibilities include managing the contract schedule, budget and scope, ensuring that any changes or variations are properly documented and approved. The ideal candidate will have project management experience, overseeing plumbing, heating and renewable energy projects such as Heat Pumps, Solar etc.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager or Operations Manager looking to take their career to the next level. If you have a strong background in contract law, procurement processes and industry best practices, this could be the perfect role for you.
Based in Woking / Surrey, this position offers a competitive salary of £62,500 - £67,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus company car, bonus and benefits.
