">Job Description
">In this role as a Body Assembly Manufacturing Specialist with Mane Contract Services, you will be responsible for updating and controlling key deliverables for existing series models, including process sequencing, documentation, and product traceability methodologies. This requires excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel. You will also work closely with other operational teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to reduce waste and increase process quality and throughput.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">A degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or similar (2:1 or above) or equivalent experience in a similar role. Ideally, you will have experience with specification and procurement of major assembly equipment, planning and execution of vehicle programmes, and complex vehicle systems. Additionally, you must have excellent analytical problem-solving skills, including knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma, 4M's, PDCA, and the ability to think outside the box to make structured and objective decisions.
