Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Oversee and coordinate all daily operations of the care home, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and provide ongoing guidance to a diverse and dedicated care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care services.
- Care Planning and Delivery
- Devise and execute personalized care plans that prioritize and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each resident within our care home.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, families, and external organizations to comprehensively address the individual needs and aspirations of each resident.
- Financial and Administrative Management
- Assume accountability for the financial and administrative facets of the care home, including budgeting, record-keeping, and resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards, continuously striving to ensure that the care home not only meets but exceeds industry benchmarks.
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a care management role within the context of a care home setting
- Profound comprehension of regulatory necessities and best practices within the care home industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on cultivating positive and supportive relationships
- Passionate commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the care home environment
