Care and Support Professional

At Candlelight Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Worker. This role involves providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation tailored to each individual's needs.
- Provide emotional support and get to know clients and their interests and needs.
- Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment where required.
- Report any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client to the Registered Manager.
