About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management
    • Oversee and coordinate all daily operations of the care home, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Resident Care
    • Devise and execute personalized care plans that prioritize and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each resident within our care home.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and provide ongoing guidance to a diverse and dedicated care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, families, and external organizations to comprehensively address the individual needs and aspirations of each resident.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Assume accountability for the financial and administrative facets of the care home, including budgeting, record-keeping, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
