Client Service Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing client and insurer requests, exceeding service standards, and following Company procedures. You will also negotiate renewals with insurers for favourable outcomes and maintain high renewal retention rates.

Job Description:

  • Housekeeping, issuing client invoices, and addressing outstanding activities.
  • Debiting renewals and new business, setting up finance agreements, and addressing account queries.
  • Assisting Account Executives with broking and placing new clients.
  • Pursuing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Delivering superior service, keeping promises, meeting deadlines, and ensuring professional communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of broking experience.
  • Knowledge of Property, Package Policies, and Contractors All Risk, Commercial Combined.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Good team player with a drive to succeed.

The estimated salary for this role is between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a hybrid work option available after training.
