About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Part-time Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our call handling team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from clients, providing a friendly and supportive service
  • Log calls in our CRM system to ensure accurate and detailed records
  • Remain alert and available for the next customer, providing a flexible and responsive approach
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Motivated, reliable, and resilient individual with good common sense
  • Good standard of English and IT skills
