The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of a practice development offer, working closely with colleagues to create conditions for learning and practice development to thrive.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of social care innovation, driving forward high-quality practice and ensuring excellent outcomes for children and young people.

You will also provide professional leadership, guidance, and development for social work and social care across the children’s system as the Principal Social Worker for Children’s Services.

Salary: £64,089 - £71,512 per annum
