CRM and Data Executive Opportunity at Blue Legal

Blue Legal, an award-winning law firm, is seeking a skilled CRM Database Executive to join their marketing and business development team. Reporting to the senior CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results from their database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data quality improvement strategy to enhance database performance
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to design targeted approaches for Focus accounts, ensuring maximum impact
  • Provide training and support to international secretarial teams, creating concise training modules for London and international teams
  • Manage day-to-day business processes, including bounce backs and CRM system queries
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience working with a CRM system (InterAction or Dynamics) in a legal or professional services environment
  • Experience with Vuture email module is advantageous
  • Training experience is a plus
  • Solid marketing and business development experience
  • Finance knowledge is beneficial
