WTW Networks plays a crucial role within the WTW Group in the UK, serving as the primary distribution channel for the SME and Mid Market sectors. This distinctive collaboration between WTW and the Independent Brokers in our Network fosters significant synergies and opportunities for all involved, including our panel of Insurer Partners, with whom we maintain a close working relationship. At WTW Networks, we assist our Network Member Brokers in various aspects of managing a successful brokerage—ranging from staff training and development to sales and marketing, as well as addressing technical and claims issues, placement support, and strategic solutions.

The Role

  • A pivotal new position has been established within the WTW Networks team, presenting an excellent opportunity to engage closely with both our Network Member Brokers and Partner Insurers.
  • In this capacity, reporting to our Commercial Director, you will become a vital member of our cohesive team. You will collaborate closely with our relationship managers, gaining a comprehensive understanding and fostering strong working relationships with our Network Member Brokers and Partner Insurers.
  • Utilizing our MI database, you will pinpoint individual broker and cross-broker opportunities, align them with our Partner Insurer preferences, secure agreement from all parties, and oversee the placements to ensure successful outcomes.
  • This role offers the chance to evolve and shape your responsibilities, allowing you to liaise closely with the Broking Team from the broader WTW Group, which will enhance your market knowledge and provide additional resources. This collaboration will also enable you to leverage WTW facilities and innovate new solutions for our Network Member Brokers, particularly when broader needs are identified across our Membership.
  • Although this position is home-based, you will engage in numerous face-to-face meetings with your Network Team colleagues, Network Member Brokers, and Insurer Partners, making this a highly rewarding role.
