About the Role

WTW Networks is a key component of the WTW Group in the UK, serving as the distribution route for WTW Group in the SME and Mid Market sectors. This unique partnership between WTW and Independent Brokers in our Network creates significant synergies and opportunities for all parties, including our panel of Insurer Partners, with whom we work closely. At WTW Networks, we support our Network Member Brokers on all aspects of running a successful brokerage, from staff training and development to sales and marketing, technical and claims issues, placement support, and solutions. We also provide value to our Insurer Partners by offering support in terms of Network Member Broker engagement, insight, and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Network Member Brokers and Partner Insurers, working closely with our relationship managers to identify individual broker and cross-broker opportunities.
  2. Utilize our MI database to match opportunities to Partner Insurer appetite, obtain buy-in from all parties, and manage placements through to a successful conclusion.
  3. Liaise closely with the Broking Team from the wider WTW Group, providing additional firepower and market knowledge, and access to WTW facilities to innovate and create further facilities for our Network Member Brokers.
  4. Engage in numerous face-to-face meetings with Network Team colleagues, Network Member Brokers, and Insurer Partners, in this highly rewarding role.
