Home Instead is looking for a Supportive Home Care Specialist to join our team in the Sheffield area. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Your duties will include personal care, meal preparation, and specialist equipment assistance. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored care plans to support them in achieving their goals.

This role offers a competitive salary of £12.00 - £12.50 per hour, paid mileage, and ongoing training and support. You will also have access to our Employee Assistance Program and Westfield Health Care scheme after one year of service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, trustworthiness, and reliability. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
