Facilities Management Lead

Job Overview:
PDA Search and Selection Ltd is recruiting for an In-Store Cleaning Manager to oversee a team of cleaners in a fast-paced retail supermarket environment. This permanent role involves effective management of cleaning services, including control of labour, chemical and equipment orders, and cleaning standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained.
- Adhere to company Health & Safety Rules and Regulations, ensuring all appropriate documentation is maintained to comply with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a proven background in Cleaning Management, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment, or have been a cleaning supervisor looking for the next step into management. A competitive salary and career development opportunities are offered.
Working Conditions:
The role requires working 36 hours a week, 6 days out of 7, with early morning starts from 6.00am. Ideal candidates will drive and have their own vehicle, but consideration will be given to those who do not drive but live close to the store.
