Trainee Sales Negotiator Opportunity

A dynamic and forward-thinking company in Wickford is seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their team. As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business, coordinating property viewings, and developing effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct canvassing activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers
  • Match prospective buyers with suitable properties and arrange viewings accordingly
  • Maintain regular contact with buyers, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, every Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm, with a day off in the week (5-day week)

Salary: OTE of £25,000pa, basic salary to be discussed. Must have own vehicle, some expenses covered.
