We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team in Northampton. Our client provides a comprehensive wealth management solution, working closely with financial advisers and tax professionals to deliver integrated financial and tax advice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining client files, implementing recommendations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also assist in providing technical support, coaching team members, and writing reports based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and maintenance of client files

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a paraplanning role
- Experience with Intelligent Office, CashCalc, Genovo & FE Analytics (or similar systems)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and plan workload
- Thorough understanding of compliance regulations
- Good decision-making skills
- Level 4 Diploma qualified or near to completing
- Supervisory experience beneficial
- Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest/experience in Financial Services Marketing/blog writing
- Interest/experience in Later Life Financial Advice/Planning
