We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team in Northampton. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced financial advisers to provide a comprehensive wealth management solution to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a paraplanning role, preparing Annual Reviews and Recommendation Reports. They will also have experience with Intelligent Office, CashCalc, Genovo & FE Analytics, and excellent organisational skills.

The role will involve preparing and maintaining client files, preparing and implementing recommendations, and ensuring all compliance paperwork is present. The successful candidate will also be responsible for due diligence associated with the investment committee, assisting in providing technical support, coaching team members, and writing reports based on client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 Diploma qualification or be near completion, and supervisory experience would be beneficial. They will also be adaptable and happy to take on new challenges, with an interest in Financial Services Marketing and Later Life Financial Advice/Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining client files
  • Preparing and implementing recommendations
  • Ensuring all compliance paperwork is present
  • Due diligence associated with the investment committee
  • Assisting in providing technical support
  • Coaching team members
  • Writing reports based on client requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a paraplanning role
  • Experience with Intelligent Office, CashCalc, Genovo & FE Analytics
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and plan own workload
  • Thorough understanding of all compliance regulations
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Level 4 Diploma qualification or near completion
