Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at TC Group. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to our clients, helping them achieve their long-term goals and objectives.
Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality financial planning solutions, including investment planning, company investments, inheritance tax planning, pensions, life, and protection. You will work closely with our Director of Financial Planning to develop and implement tailored financial strategies that meet the unique needs of our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide expert advice to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
- Develop and implement tailored financial planning solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients
- Work closely with our Director of Financial Planning to develop and implement financial strategies
- Provide expert advice to clients on a range of financial planning topics, including investment planning, company investments, inheritance tax planning, pensions, life, and protection
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning / Financial Advisers – working towards Chartered ideal
- Previous experience working with accountants is an advantage
- Experienced and current Financial Adviser used to building long-term client relationships
- Ability to self-manage and communicate confidently with TC Partners and other areas of the business
- Technically proficient
- Good knowledge of tax planning strategies within both personal and company investments
- Holistic knowledge across protection, pension, and investment planning
- Organised and professional
