Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Development Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
As a Development Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our Owners, providing a first-class service and managing the maintenance of the property. You will work closely with a range of customers and suppliers, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and more.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will have experience of working in similar roles, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.
You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and have the ability to work under pressure.
