Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Development Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
As a Development Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our Owners, providing a first-class service and managing the maintenance of the property. You will work closely with a range of customers and suppliers, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and more.
About YouWe are looking for someone with experience in administration and customer service, preferably in a similar background such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or charity sectors. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners.
You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. You will be able to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize your workload effectively.
