We are seeking an exceptional Development Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 12:30, 20 hours per week. You will be working closely with our Area Manager and will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, providing a first-class service to Owners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is safe and secure for our Home Owners.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance.
- Complete health and safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work independently, using your own initiative to manage the site and its activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services.
- Excellent administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a love of working with people.
- Good judgement and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
