Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our key customers in the southeast region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
