About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Development Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 12:30, 20 hours per week. You will be working closely with our Area Manager and will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, providing a first-class service to Owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is safe and secure for our Home Owners.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance.
  • Complete health and safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to manage the site and its activities.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in administration, customer service, and property management. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for providing a high level of customer service.

You will be computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. You will also have a background in administration and customer service, with a focus on providing a first-class service to customers.
