Rocasa Consulting is seeking a Support Worker to join our client and help tackle homelessness in High Wycombe.
The service is dedicated to adults experiencing homelessness and issues with substance misuse, alcohol, mental health, and ex-offenders struggling to reintegrate into the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Covering housing duties, including health and safety, void preparation, and administrative tasks
- Ensuring the support service promotes empowerment and independence
- Working as part of a staff team committed to best practice in social housing

Requirements:
