Night Auditor/Duty Manager Position at Mercure Hythe Imperial Hotel

We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor/Duty Manager to join our team at Mercure Hythe Imperial Hotel. This exciting opportunity involves managing the front-of-house operations during evening shifts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operational running of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front-of-house operations during evening shifts.
  • Deal with customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Implement the disaster recovery plan in the event of a crisis.
  • Coordinate the night audit process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 night shifts
