Job Overview

Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Halo Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers in our commercial vehicle workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management within the commercial vehicle industry
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
