About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes supervising staff, managing stock levels, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments and possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members. A proactive and solution-focused approach is essential, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
