Senior Community Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Community Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Colchester and the surrounding areas. As a Senior Community Healthcare Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalised care to patients in their homes.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team providing one-to-one care to patients and making a real impact in their lives.
About the RoleThis role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in patients' homes. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.
You will have the opportunity to work independently, using your clinical expertise and judgement to make decisions about patient care. This role also offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing or a related field
