Job Description:

The Maintenance Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that our premises are well-maintained and safe for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance tasks at all Baca sites.
  • Use our maintenance management system to track and record work completed.
  • Communicate with contractors and staff as needed.
  • Administer quarterly checks and cleans.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of building and maintenance processes.
  • Awareness of general health and safety, especially regarding maintenance work.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £23,480 - £24,480 per annum pro rata.
  • Plus £897 annual Living Allowance.
