Job Description:
The Maintenance Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that our premises are well-maintained and safe for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks at all Baca sites.
- Use our maintenance management system to track and record work completed.
- Communicate with contractors and staff as needed.
- Administer quarterly checks and cleans.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of building and maintenance processes.
- Awareness of general health and safety, especially regarding maintenance work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- £23,480 - £24,480 per annum pro rata.
- Plus £897 annual Living Allowance.
