School Premises Manager

Location: Swavesey

Estimated Salary: £26,500 per annum

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of school buildings and facilities
  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to maintain a safe and efficient working environment

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management)
  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
