Job Description:
Baca Charity is seeking a highly organised and practical individual to join our team as a Premises Maintenance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our properties, including offices and residential areas, and ensuring that all necessary maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance tasks, such as general plumbing, painting, and decorating, as well as coordinating with contractors and administering quarterly checks and health and safety requirements. You will also be expected to work closely with the Premises Manager to ensure regulatory requirements are met and associated paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess good knowledge and understanding of the building and maintenance process, as well as experience in using computers and Microsoft Office software. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a personable style that aligns with Baca's vision and values.

Working Hours and Location:
This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including some evening and weekend shifts, and may require travel between properties. The successful applicant must hold a full, clean driving license and have access to transport.
