The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the team in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.

About the Role:

· Assist with restaurant reservations and table allocations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

· Deal with VIP bookings and special requests, providing a personalized and attentive service.

· Assist with training new team members and maintain a high level of service and attention to detail.

About You:

· Previous experience in a high-end food-led operation, ideally as a Host/Hostess.

· Proficiency in IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros, with a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.

· Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, with impeccable command of the English language.

· Passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
