We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel. As a Host/Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our 5-star hotel and destination restaurant, Peter Street Kitchen.

About the Role:

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

· Assist with restaurant reservations, table allocations, and VIP bookings, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.

· Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless service, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and restaurant.

· Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, driving your career potential.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a high-end food-led operation, ideally as a Host/Hostess.

· Proficiency in IT applications, including OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros, with a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.

· Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and a strong command of the English language.

· Passion for food and beverage, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
