Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Peter Street Kitchen, a high-end restaurant and bar located within our 5-Star hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving a range of premium cocktails, wines, and spirits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a variety of high-end cocktails, wines, and spirits to guests
  • Make recommendations based on guests' preferences
  • Ensure accurate and timely service, presenting beverages elegantly to guests
  • Adhere to specification of cocktails at all times
  • Record discrepancies such as spillages and breakages accurately for stock checks
  • Deliver service standards in accordance with company brand standards
  • Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco, and Micros

About You:

We are looking for a professional with:

Previous experience working in a high-end liquor-led bar and cocktail operationExcellent attention to detail and customer service skillsImpeccable command of the English language, both written and spokenPassion for food and beverage, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends
