**Overview**:

- We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Head Housekeeper for our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.
- As an Assistant Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the implementation of the housekeeping and company brand standards alongside the Executive Head Housekeeper.
- The Assistant Head Housekeeper will direct the housekeeping team to ensure a high level of service and standards are achieved.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience within housekeeping.
- Demonstrates a proactive to seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.

**About You**:

- Current 5 Star hotel housekeeping supervisory experience.
- Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
- Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
