The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel, is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our 5-star hotel and destination restaurant, Peter Street Kitchen.

About the Role:

· As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for supporting the team and operation with restaurant reservations and table allocations, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times.

· You will be dealing with VIP bookings and special requests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

· You will also be assisting with training for new team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver the highest level of service and attention to detail.

About You:

· Previous experience of working in a high-end food-led operation is essential, ideally as a Host/Hostess.

· You must be competent with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros, and able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests.

· You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, with an impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.

· A passion for food and beverage, with a desire to keep up-to-date with the latest food trends, is essential.

Eligibility:
