About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference and Banqueting Head Waiter to join our team at Coworth Park. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and service of all group, social, banquet, and planned food and beverage events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and motivate the Event Operations team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- Continuously improve service and operational systems to maximize business growth and maintain a 5-star establishment standard.
- Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with challenges that may arise during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an assistant manager in a five-star spa operation, preferably within a hotel.
- Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you will comfortably communicate in this language.
