Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Home Made. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM platform to support sales, operations, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Manage and maintain lightning flows, key to business operations.
- Play a pivotal role in the centralised rollout of new tech projects within the business.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor and stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, to suggest and implement enhancements.
- Own the day-to-day support for Salesforce users, acting as the first point of contact for any issues.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, record types, page layouts, fields, and reports/dashboards.
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission, and security settings, as well as providing business-wide training to ensure user effectiveness.
- Import and export data as needed and perform regular data audits and backups.
- Own, create, and maintain documentation for Salesforce releases.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
- Provide support as and when with the People team for any tech support.
- Own third-party integrations with the CRM.
- Run Salesforce onboarding training for new joiners.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and other automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management, security, and sharing settings.
- Understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
- Ability to design, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent.
- Salary: £45-60k Depending on experience
- Hybrid working: Onboarding will take place in person at the office, followed by a Hybrid working set up.
