About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Guest Services Agent to join our team at Hotel 41, a luxurious hotel overlooking the Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and caring services to our discerning guests
- Ensure that all arrival rooms are fully checked and prepared as per the guests' preferences
- Respond to enquiries in line with our mission statement: "no request is too large, no detail is too small"
- Communicate and cooperate with hotel departments about regular guests, VIPs and their requirements
