Facilities and Accommodation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Facilities and Accommodation Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing a proactive and responsive support function to enhance the Conservatoire's reputation and add to the wellbeing of its staff, students, and visitors.
The successful candidate will have a good level of fitness and be able to lift and carry equipment and furniture on a regular basis. You will be a team player with a 'can do' attitude and the motivation to succeed, possessing the necessary skills and determination to carry out the duties of the role.
The key responsibilities of this position include security of the buildings, post, general reactive/planned maintenance works of the external/internal buildings, periodic reception duties, setting up rooms, and carrying out minor decorating work. You will also be required to work with our IT systems, including Outlook, the Access Control System, and the Building Management System.
