Job Description
The EMEA DC Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and operational efficiency within our EMEA Data Centre Team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee engineering services across multiple client accounts, developing and implementing best practice tools and techniques to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee deployment of engineering platforms and processes across multiple client accounts.* Develop and implement assurance and compliance programs to ensure operational excellence.* Provide technical support to account teams and site teams during major incidents.* Collaborate with OEMs to drive business growth opportunities and cross-selling services with other JLL business lines.* Embed change control processes and incident reporting systems to enhance engineering operations governance.

Requirements
* Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent qualification.* Technically competent in data centre systems with significant experience in hard services contract delivery.* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to work in a team environment.* Skilled in commercial aspects of engineering contracts with strong attention to detail.* Analytical skills/systematic approach with ability to develop processes and procedures.

Estimated Annual Salary: £95,000 - £140,000 based on qualifications and experience.
